Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Phillips Brothers Construction, LLC (“Phillips Brothers”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit ausieass.com (the “Site”), submit a request through our forms, or contact us by phone or email.
We are a construction contractor, not an advertising or data brokerage business. We collect only the information we need in order to respond to project inquiries and to operate this Site. We do not sell personal information.

1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you give us
When you complete the project request form on this Site, or contact us directly, you may provide:
- Your name;
- Your telephone number;
- Your email address;
- The project location you enter (city, county or job address);
- The type of work selected and any project details you type into the message field;
- Your consent to be contacted about the request.
Please do not include sensitive information — such as financial account numbers, government identification numbers or health information — in the message field. We do not need it and do not ask for it.
1.2 Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records technical data when a page is requested, including IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, and the date and time of the request. This information is used for security, troubleshooting and basic traffic measurement.
1.3 Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the Site to function — including the cookie that remembers your consent choice — are always active. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you allow them in the cookie banner. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
2. How we use your information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- To respond to your request — to contact you, prepare an estimate, ask follow-up questions and schedule a site walk;
- To perform or enter into a contract — to quote, schedule and deliver construction services;
- To operate and secure the Site — to prevent spam and abusive submissions, diagnose faults and maintain availability;
- To measure and improve — to understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful and where visitors have difficulty (only with your analytics consent);
- To measure advertising — to understand which campaign or referral brought a visitor to the Site (only with your advertising consent);
- To meet legal obligations — including record-keeping, insurance, safety and tax requirements.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not use it to build profiles for sale to third parties.
3. Legal bases for processing
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: your consent (optional cookies and marketing measurement); the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into one (responding to an estimate request); our legitimate interests in operating and securing a functional website; and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Advertising and analytics
We may advertise this business through third-party platforms, including Google. Where you have allowed advertising cookies, those providers may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure the performance of an advertisement and to show you relevant ads on their own or partner properties. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policies.
- You can review and adjust the ads Google shows you at adssettings.google.com.
- You can read how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
You can also change or withdraw your cookie choices at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of this Site.
5. Sharing your information
We share personal information only where it is necessary, and only with:
- Service providers who operate on our behalf — website hosting, email delivery, and IT support — under obligations of confidentiality;
- Project partners where your request requires it — for example an owner, general contractor, engineer or material supplier directly involved in the project you asked us about;
- Professional advisers such as legal counsel, insurers and accountants, where reasonably required;
- Authorities where we are legally compelled to disclose information, or where disclosure is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or to protect the safety of any person.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the measurement described in Section 4.
6. How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to twenty-four months so that we can recognize repeat contact and answer follow-up questions, then deleted. Information relating to projects we are awarded is retained for the duration of the project and afterwards for as long as required by contract, warranty, insurance, tax and statutory record-keeping obligations. Server logs are retained for a short period for security and diagnostics.
7. Your rights and choices
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Withdraw consent you previously gave, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal;
- Ask us not to sell or share your personal information — a request we can confirm immediately, because we do neither;
- Be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise a right, email [email protected] or call +1 937 539 5362. We respond within the period required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. An authorized agent may act on your behalf with written permission.
8. Do Not Track
Browsers may send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because no common standard for interpreting that signal exists, this Site does not respond to it. Use the cookie banner or the Cookie settings link in the footer to control optional cookies instead.
9. Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), restricted access to submitted requests and routine review of the accounts that can reach them. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
10. Children
This Site is intended for business and property-owner inquiries and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided information through this Site, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International visitors
We operate in the United States and our service providers store data on servers located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from that of your own country.
12. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites, such as a mapping service. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information to them.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our practices or to legal requirements. The revised version takes effect when it is posted here, and the date at the top of the page is updated. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
